"The first time I took phase II, I failed much to my surprise. Having only one more shot, I couldn't afford not to hire Carole and it was the best move I made. I only wish that I had hired her when I took Phase II the first time, because if I had, I'd be through the academy and on my first duty assignment by now.

The FBI IS Hiring!

The FBI Phase II interview is the most intense and challenging interview of its kind.

I have coached over 2,500 candidates for the FBI as well as many others for jobs with other federal agencies - Secret Service, DSS, ATF, DEA, Air Marshals, Foreign Service - and others. The packages that I offer are intended to get you ready to feel prepared, confident, and to be able to answer the questions that are asked with as much ease as possible.

I have been coaching FBI candidates for over 15 years and have had a wonderful success rate helping people pass this unusual interview. The challenge is that the agents interviewing you will only know one thing about you - your name. They will not have access to any applications or other documents - it is a "blind date."

Because the interview is primarily "behavioral based," preparation will be ESSENTIAL - or you will fail and have to wait six months to a year before you can apply again. What a waste!

Law Enforcement e-Book

I have put together this special e-Book about the law enforcement interviews based on my expertise and training as a behavioral interviewer, and my many years doing similar interviewing - 15 years of working with FBI candidates.

The e-Book contains exercises and information to prepare you for our work together and to get you ready to go in and "ace" that interview. I have summarized typical questions that may be asked based on the FBI website and the key factors that they are seeking in a candidate.

I have also summarized the key factors for all the Law Enforcement Agencies - there is a great deal of overlap in what the agencies are seeking in a candidate.

Two important factors in passing these type of interviews are PREPARATION and PRACTICE.

You CANNOT WING this interview and pass.

Because all of the questions are "behavioral questions" - such as: "Tell me about a time when...," and "Give us an example…," I have focused on teaching you the technique of how to write and tell examples or "stories. I critique these stories for you as part of the coaching package.

I also include information about situational questions: "What would you do if...?" because some agencies still use those types of questions.

I am very straightforward with my advice - with the intention of improving your delivery and getting you ready to pass the interview. I am tough but also very supportive. I help you to prepare for these interviews with tools and techniques. It is up to you to use the tools to prepare for the interview.

My success rate for those passing that I have coached is very high – close to 90%. (Over 2,500 FBI clients)
