Don’t let the panel interview (multiple interviewers) throw you. Focus on the person asking the question and then include the others as you proceed to answer. Since each person on the panel will have his or her own agenda, be sure to note who is asking what particular questions. This information will come in handy when writing your follow up letter. You can personalize each response according to the questions asked, or the concerns you picked up from the person.
