Who are the Interview Coaching Team?

We are a diverse group of men and women who have devoted our careers to assisting others in obtaining their “dream” jobs. Each member has his or her own area of expertise, and has been trained and certified by the Interview Training Company.

The team has worked together for the past ten years and is made up of experienced professionals who have learned through success and failures, as well as the successes and failures of others.

What will MY Interview Coach do for ME?

Your Coach will give you honest, straightforward feedback – and encouragement. You will learn tips and techniques that will give you the added confidence needed to succeed.

My team will help you focus and find your ACE – that is the strength that makes you unique. Your coach will work with you to make sure that you are sending the “right” message about what you have to offer. Because “behavioral interviewing” questions are so widely used, your coach will teach you how to tell your “stories.” You will receive critique and feedback about your stories from your coach, making sure that the stories are hitting the target that you are aiming for.

You and your coach will work together on a strategy to show the interviewer that you are the best person for the job and highlight what skills you have to offer. You will learn things about yourself that you didn’t realize before.
